Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate database (ATS or internal systems) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
