Role

We are looking for a
Social Media Manager
to manage clients and coordinate between clients, video editors our internal team. This is a
full-time, on-site role based in Phase 8b, Sector 74
Mohali
.

Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate and manage assigned video editors.
- Assign, track, and prioritize editing tasks.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed and delivered on time.
- Communicate client feedback clearly to editors and manage revisions.
- Monitor editor performance, quality, and turnaround time.




- Prepare basic client and internal performance reports.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact clients or deadlines.
- Understand client content goals and provide social media/content recommendations.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and editors.
- Strong client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Experience working with brands, creators, agencies, or creative teams is a plus.
- Video editing or graphic design experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
