Job Description – HR Executive (IT Background)

Position: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with an IT/technical background to manage HR activities while supporting technical coordination, system monitoring, and basic software testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain attendance, employee productivity, and daily work reports.
- Coordinate tasks between employees and management and follow up on completion.
- Maintain operational data and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with IT/technical teams for system-related issues and requirements.
- Perform basic website, application, and user-flow testing.
- Identify, document, and report technical bugs and follow up on resolutions.




- Perform basic checks related to HTML, DNS, servers, email systems, and web applications.
- Support HR and administrative operations as required.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in an IT/software environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML, servers, DNS, email configuration, web applications, and software testing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical issues with IT teams.

Pay: ₹12,633.38 - ₹25,000.00 per month
