Role Description

The Faculty Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and supporting faculty engagement across HubbleHut’s campus and university partnerships. In this role,



the Faculty Coordinator collaborates with educational institutions to align curriculum and training initiatives with industry requirements, coordinates faculty participation in campus drives and internship programs, and facilitates industry-academia collaborations. Daily responsibilities include planning and scheduling sessions, workshops, and events, maintaining regular communication with faculty and institutional stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of placement support and graduate hiring activities. The Faculty Coordinator also tracks program outcomes, prepares reports, and works closely with internal teams to optimize academic partnerships and learner experience.
