Job Summary
Narith Business Solutions is hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists – US Healthcare to handle customer queries, claims, billing, and patient/provider support. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and relevant experience in the US Healthcare or BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to US Healthcare services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls as required.
- Assist with claims, medical billing, patient and provider queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility & Requirements
- HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Customer Service.
- Experience in US Healthcare / BPO preferred.
- Experience in any of the following is an advantage:
- Medical Billing
- Claims
- Patient Support
- Provider Support
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

- 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs
