Dezy It is building enterprise Voice AI infrastructure for aesthetic and wellness clinics across the US. Our platform, DIVA 360°, handles the conversations clinics cannot afford to miss: patient inquiries, scheduling, follow-ups, and everything in between, instantly and without human delay.
We are not building generic AI. We are building the operational backbone for a specific market that has been underserved for too long. And we are moving fast.
About the Founders

You will work directly with both of them.
The Opportunity
DIVA 360° is already live with clinics across the US, and it works. Our data shows strong retention and near-universal expansion among active accounts. But conversation quality, how the agent actually feels to a patient, is the single biggest lever on whether an account stays, grows, or churns. We need someone who can review de-identified call transcripts and recordings, spot exactly where the patient experience breaks down, and design how the conversation should work instead. At the same time, this person owns how Dezy It looks and communicates to the world, starting with a full website rebuild on contemporary, generative design tools.
This is a design role, not a prompt engineering role. You define how a conversation should feel and flow, and how our brand should look and read. Our engineering team builds the logic behind it.
