We are seeking a energetic and experienced Marketing Management Trainer Specialist to train and mentor students in marketing concepts, strategies, and practical industry applications within an online education platform. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging online training sessions, develop course materials, and help students build job-ready marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions on marketing management topics.
- Teach core concepts including:

- Market Research
- Consumer Behavior
- Marketing Analytics
- Design and update training curriculum, presentations, assignments, and case studies.
- Provide hands-on learning through real-world marketing projects.
- Conduct student assessments, feedback sessions, and progress tracking.
- Mentor students on career opportunities and marketing industry practices.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality and learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, marketing training, or teaching.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and marketing management concepts.
- Experience in online teaching or virtual training platforms is preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex marketing concepts in simple ways
- Strong student engagement and mentoring ability
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, or other LMS platforms
