*Star Health Assistant Manager – Telesales – Gurgaon*
Job Description*:
* Manage and lead a telesales team of 20–30 members along with 2–3 Team Leaders
* Drive team productivity, lead generation, and sales performance
* Plan and execute BTL activities, campaigns, and brand promotions
* Monitor daily operations and ensure targets
* Recruit, train, and motivate team members
* Handle reporting, backend operations, and performance tracking
*Eligibility*:
* Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader role
* Candidate must be from insurance sector
* Overall 3–6 years experience in Sales
* Solid leadership and communication skills
* Graduate preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
