As Brand Manager for LCA + AVG, you are the strategic and operational owner of both brands' marketing. LCA requires a revenue-first, performance-marketing mindset — every campaign must convert. AVG requires an education-first, authority-building mindset — every piece of content must establish Acharya ji as the undisputed expert.

You will plan campaigns, lead the content calendar, manage the execution team, track ROAS, and ensure both brands grow month on month.

Key Responsibilities

LCA — Campaign & Revenue Strategy
- Own the monthly content and campaign calendar for LCA across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Instagram
- Work with the Performance Marketer to plan ad budgets, ROAS targets, and creative strategy
- Review all LCA ad creatives before launch — hook, body, and CTA must be sharp and on-brand
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns — Navratri, Diwali, Makar Sankranti, Sawan, Guru Purnima
- Identify top-selling products every month and build campaign surges around them

AVG — Education & YouTube Authority
- Plan AVG's weekly YouTube content calendar — educational videos on Vastu,



planets, and remedies
- Brief Scriptwriter and Editor on AVG content — educational authority tone, not sales-driven
- Monitor YouTube analytics — watch time, subscriber growth, click-through rate on thumbnails
- Coordinate with SEO Writer for AVG blogs and YouTube description optimization
- Build AVG as the #1 educational astrology and Vastu YouTube channel in India

Team Management
- Lead daily standup with LCA + AVG execution team — editors, scriptwriter, designer, social exec
- Assign transparent daily tasks and deadlines — review all content before it goes live
- Give weekly performance feedback to each team member — what's working, what must improve

Reporting
- Weekly performance report every Friday — LCA ROAS, AVG YouTube analytics, content output
- Monthly brand health report — revenue, follower growth, engagement, Shopify analytics
- Competitor monitoring — track top astrology brands
