Office Assistant (Driving Required)

Job Summary

Living Assets Builder Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative, logistical, and transportation-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid driving license and be comfortable driving company vehicles when required. This role is suitable for individuals who are disciplined, punctual, and willing to handle a variety of office and field responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Assist with document filing, printing, photocopying, and record management
- Support administrative and sales teams with day-to-day tasks
- Arrange refreshments for office staff and visitors when required
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and available
- Driving & Transportation
- Drive company management, staff, or guests as required
- Pick up and deliver documents, materials, and office-related items
- Assist with site visits and project-related travel




- Ensure company vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, fuel refilling, and basic upkeep
- Field & Operations Support
- Visit banks, government offices, courier centers, and vendors when required
- Assist in collecting and delivering documents related to real estate operations
- Support office logistics and coordination activities
- Handle urgent errands efficiently and professionally

Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License is Mandatory
- Valuable driving skills and knowledge of Chennai routes
- Basic reading and writing skills in Tamil
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to handle both office and outdoor tasks
