Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead the promotion and sale of premium residential and commercial real estate, with a solid focus on luxury projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating high-value client relationships, and representing an exclusive portfolio with professionalism, discretion, and confidence.

This role is designed for individuals with a passion for luxury sales, a deep understanding of client expectations in the premium segment, and the ambition to grow within a high-performance real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, channel partners, and end clients.
- Conduct property site visits, presentations, and client consultations to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing,



and agreements to successfully close deals in line with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle, from first contact to post-sales follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering market insights and property recommendations aligned with client needs.

Experience : 2-5 Years

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred Luxury Sales Experience in the real estate, Hospitality, Luxury Retail Sales sector.
