ConvertLens is our platform that helps manage and track leads coming from different marketing sources.
We are looking for an
ConvertLens Implementation & Operations Intern
who can manage client setups, integrations, tickets, follow-ups, and day-to-day ConvertLens operations.
1. New Client Setup:
Set up new client accounts in ConvertLens by collecting the required information, understanding integration requirements, completing setup and testing, and maintaining accurate client details in the required systems.
2. ConvertLens Integrations:
Independently manage website call tracking, website form tracking, and GBP call tracking. Coordinate with Ads, Backend/Tech, and AM teams for other integrations, troubleshoot basic setup issues, and test integrations to ensure leads are successfully coming into ConvertLens. Escalate issues when required.
3. Ticket Management:
Monitor new tickets in the ConvertLens HubSpot dashboard,
understand and action requests, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure every ticket has a clear next action and is followed through to resolution.
4. Asana Task Management:
Manage open ConvertLens tasks in Asana by organizing priorities, taking timely follow-ups, coordinating with relevant teams, verifying completed work, and keeping task statuses updated until closure.
5. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Identify why calls, forms, or leads are not appearing in ConvertLens by checking the integration and tracking setup, resolving basic issues where possible, and coordinating with the appropriate team until the issue is resolved and verified.
