Position: Storekeeper / Store Assistant

Job Summary

Valter Technologies LLP is looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of industrial products and materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth coordination between the store, purchase, sales, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, condition, and documents against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Inspect and organize materials in the designated storage locations.
- Maintain proper records of Goods Receipt, Stock Inward, Stock Outward, and Material Dispatch.
- Issue materials against authorized requests, delivery challans, or dispatch instructions.
- Prepare materials for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and coordination with transporters/courier services.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Excel, ERP, or other inventory management systems.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, excess stock, or damaged materials.
- Maintain proper identification and labeling of all products and materials.
- Ensure the store is clean, protected, and well organized.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams regarding material availability and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain records of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department when replenishment is required.
- Handle returns, damaged goods, and discrepancies appropriately.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of industrial instruments and equipment to prevent damage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / ITI or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Store Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory
