Job Summary:
Transparent Capital is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in social media management, paid campaigns, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company social media platforms and create Reels, Posts, Stories & other content.
- Increase followers, engagement, and overall presence of company social media pages.
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better CPL and ROI.
- Develop engaging content related to Unlisted & Pre-IPO Shares and Investments.




- Monitor campaign and social media performance and prepare reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Social Media Management.
- Proven ability to grow social media followers and engagement.
- Positive creative, content creation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in FinTech/Finance will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
