Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Site Engineer (Civil) to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.




- Assist in construction estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools to prepare accurate project budgets.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update schedules regularly to identify potential delays or issues.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, verify compliance with safety standards, and resolve technical issues in office.
- Utilize Civil 3D for site design review and integration into project planning.
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, and resource allocation for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of construction.
