We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our distribution warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end running of the warehouse inbound and outbound material flow, inventory accuracy, team supervision, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of 5 pickers and 20 warehouse labourers, and you will be expected to be present on the floor driving daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
- Manage and supervise a team of 5 pickers and 20 labourers allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure shift discipline
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and shrinkage
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with dispatch schedules and distributor/dealer requirements
- Coordinate with transport and logistics partners for inbound and outbound material movement




- Implement and enforce warehouse layout, space utilization, and FIFO/FEFO practices for FMCG goods
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards, cleanliness (5S), and compliance with statutory/labour regulations
- Manage stock reconciliation, handle damages/returns, and coordinate with the purchase/sales teams on stock levels
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and manpower productivity with management
- Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Control warehouse operating costs including manpower, packing material, and transport
- Ensure proper documentation for all inward/outward movement of goods (invoices, e-way bills, gate passes, etc.)

- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management is a plus
