Freight Forwarding Sales Partner – Commission Based
KROWN SHIPPING CARGO SERVICES PVT LTD, a Delhi-based Customs Broker & International Freight Forwarding company with 30+ years of industry experience, is looking for experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Professionals / Independent Sales Partners on a commission-only basis.
Role
- Generate new business for international freight forwarding – Import & Export
- Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers and traders
- Generate enquiries and convert them into regular business
- Coordinate with our operations team for smooth execution of shipments
- Identify opportunities for Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance and related logistics services
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers
Who we are looking for
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping / Customs Clearance is preferred
- Solid knowledge of the freight-forwarding industry and customer requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Existing customer contacts/network will be an advantage
- Suitable for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable working on a performance/commission basis
- Independent sales professionals and freelancers with relevant industry experience are also welcome
Compensation
Commission only – No fixed salary.
Attractive commission structure based on business generated and successfully realised/collected by the company.
The commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on the type and volume of business generated.

Delhi / NCR
