- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote immigration and visa services.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to visa, study abroad.
- Explain immigration programs, processes, and basic eligibility criteria.
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for counselors or consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in the system.
- Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into applications.
- Address client queries and provide basic guidance on documentation and procedures.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a skilled and polite communication style at all times.
- Candidate must have experience in immigration sector.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
