Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and client interaction to order closure and post-sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and preferably experience in doors, interior solutions, building materials, furniture, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, site visits, networking,



and market research.
- Identify and approach potential customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

2. Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding
- Meet clients and understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project timelines.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the features, specifications, finishes, and benefits of Linea Doors products.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Sales & Conversion
- Manage leads from initial inquiry to final order closure.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
