Role Summary:





We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidate to support field service operations and ensure an exceptional post-service customer journey. The role involves coordinating with Field Service Engineers (FSEs), monitoring service quality, collecting customer feedback and driving continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and manage Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across assigned regions to ensure smooth service operations
- Conduct customer feedback calls after installations and service visits to evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor service request progress and ensure timely resolution while maintaining defined service standards
- Track FSE productivity, adherence to processes and overall performance through regular reporting
- Identify service gaps, operational issues and customer concerns and recommend improvement initiatives
- Provide operational guidance and motivation to FSEs to achieve customer
