Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, transporters, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, pickup, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, documents, and reports.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, documents, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and productive deliveries.
- Handle communication related to Saudi and Dubai logistics operations.Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Requirement

ARABIC SPEAKING IS MANDATORY.
Candidates must be fluent in Arabic, as the role requires regular communication with Arabic-speaking customers, drivers, and stakeholders in the Saudi Arabia & Dubai processes.
