As Video Editor at LCA, you will be a core part of our high-volume content factory. You will edit 5–7 videos per day — short-form Reels, paid ad cuts, UGC edits, and occasional long-form YouTube content. Speed, consistency, and creative instinct are equally important here.

This is not a slow, one-video-a-week agency role. LCA runs fast. You will edit at volume, receive explicit scripts and briefs from our Scriptwriter, and deliver polished, platform-ready videos every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Video Editing
- Edit 5–7 videos per day — Instagram Reels (15–60 sec), Meta Ad cuts (15–30 sec), YouTube shorts and long-form
- Work from scripts and briefs provided by the Scriptwriter and Brand Manager
- Add subtitles, captions, on-screen text overlays, and Hinglish typography as per brand guidelines
- Deliver exports in correct formats and specs for each platform — Meta, YouTube, Instagram

Creative & Visual Quality
- Apply transitions, cuts, pacing, and music that match LCA's energy — spiritual yet modern, premium not generic
- Add B-roll, stock visuals, product shots,



and motion graphics to enhance storytelling
- Create hook-first edits — first 3 seconds must stop the scroll, every time
- Maintain visual consistency with LCA brand colors, fonts, and style across all outputs

Ad Creative Editing
- Edit UGC creator raw footage into polished, ad-ready cuts for Meta and Google campaigns
- Create multiple versions of the same ad — different hooks, different lengths, different CTAs
- Work closely with the Media Buyer to understand which formats and durations are converting
- Produce thumbnail frames and cover images from video footage for ad creatives

Asset Management
- Maintain an organized library of all edited videos, raw footage, and project files
- Label and archive all outputs clearly by product, date, and campaign type
- Ensure all final exports are uploaded to the shared drive within the same working day
- Take feedback from Brand Manager and revise quickl
