Job Description: Principal – Academic & Physics

We are looking for an experienced Principal with a solid Physics background to lead the institution’s academic.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all academic activities, curriculum, examinations, and results.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, discipline, and student development.
- Handle academic planning, timetables, assessments, and school operations.
- Support Physics and STEM education and promote practical learning.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, students, and management.
- Manage day-to-day academic and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements
- Master’s and BED degree in Physics or a related field.
- Strong teaching and academic leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage all academic matters.
- - Prior experience in a senior academic/administrative role preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
