We are expanding our client base across high-value international markets and are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into paying clients across the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and similar high-value markets. This is a full-cycle sales role: you will be responsible from prospecting to closing the deal, with a transparent focus on revenue generation from clients who can pay fair market rates for performance marketing services (SEO, AEO, GEO, and related digital growth services).

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads across target geographies (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and comparable markets)
Build and manage a full sales pipeline: prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, proposal building,



negotiation, and closing
Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed clients, owning the deal from first contact to contract
Understand client business needs and position Click2Commission's SEO/AEO/GEO services as the right fit
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and deal status in CRM
Collaborate with the delivery and content teams to ensure smooth handoff after client onboarding
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Represent the agency professionally in client calls, presentations, and proposal discussions
Stay current on trends in SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital marketing to speak credibly with prospects

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally in a digital marketing, SaaS, or SEO agency workplace
Proven track record of managing an end-to-end sales pipeline and closing
