Grow Commerce helps Indian brands, manufacturers, and sellers expand their businesses internationally through global e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy.

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive who can effectively communicate with prospective sellers, follow up with leads, understand their requirements, and explain Grow Commerce's services.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with a high volume of leads provided by the company.
Make outbound calls to prospective sellers, manufacturers, and business owners.
Follow up consistently with interested and prospective sellers.
Communicate with existing clients whenever required.
Understand seller requirements and identify their business needs.
Explain Grow Commerce's services, processes, and offerings clearly.
Maintain regular and timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
Update and maintain proper records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
Follow the assigned calling process and sales workflow.




Learn Grow Commerce's services, processes, and offerings quickly.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams when required.
Work dedicatedly on Grow Commerce's assigned requirements and targets.
Maintain skilled and polite communication with all leads and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable communicating with business owners and prospective clients over calls.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and leads.
Positive listening and requirement-understanding skills.
Strong follow-up and communication abilities.
Ability to learn company processes and services quickly.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets or CRM tools is preferred.
Dedicated, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to maintain proper records and follow established processe
