CRM Executive Light Art Studio

Role: Manage customer relationships, leads, follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads and customer data in the CRM.
Follow up with enquiries, quotations, and prospects.
Coordinate with sales, design, production, and installation teams.
Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and customers.
Track orders, customer feedback, and after-sales service.
Generate weekly/monthly CRM and sales reports.
Identify repeat business and referral opportunities.

Requirements
03 years of CRM/customer service/sales experience.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Robust organisational and coordination abilities.
Comfortable with CRM software, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Experience in lighting, interiors, architecture, luxury retail, or design is a plus.

Key KPI: Lead follow-up, conversion, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and CRM accuracy.
