Job Summary:

We are looking for a Machine Operator to handle machinery operations, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), basic maintenance, and chemical handling in our manufacturing unit. The role also includes ensuring safety and proper equipment upkeep.

Roles and Responsibilities
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Maintain activity logs
Operate and maintain ETP system for water purification
Handle and manage chemicals safely
Maintain Dryer, Solar system, and Stabilizer
Perform basic maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs

Qualifications
Diploma mechanical engineering,



Diploma automobile engineering, ITI
technical education in machinery operation or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with experience operating machines or similar equipment.
Familiarity with the manufacturing machine is a significant advantage.
Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Awareness of ETP and chemical handling (preferred)
Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting
