About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have solid design sensibility, excellent space-planning skills, and the ability to independently handle residential interior projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead residential interior design projects from concept development to execution.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
Develop space plans, furniture layouts, design concepts, material palettes, and detailed drawings.
Prepare and review design presentations, working drawings, and material selections.
Coordinate closely with clients, project heads, site teams, vendors, and consultants.
Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
Review drawings, 3Ds and details for accuracy and design consistency.




Guide junior designers and coordinate the design team's deliverables.
Participate in client presentations and confidently communicate design concepts.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Stay updated with current materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior design trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-end residential interiors.
Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Knowledge of Photoshop/Enscape/V-Ray will be an advantage.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good attention to detail and a solid understanding of luxury interior aesthetics.
