Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end indirect procurement
activities, from requirement identification through sourcing, negotiation, contracting and vendor management.
Handle procurement categories such as
office rent/facilities, legal services and other corporate/administrative requirements
.
Conduct
cost analysis, spend analysis and budget analysis
to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Perform
ABC/Pareto analysis




for spend prioritization and procurement planning.
Support budgeting, forecasting and tracking of procurement-related expenses.
Analyze supplier quotations, commercial terms, pricing structures and contracts.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, finance, legal, administration and business teams to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Support
supplier evaluation, negotiations, onboarding and performance management
.
Ensure procurement activities follow defined policies, processes, compliance requirements and contractual obligations.
Prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports related to spend, savings, suppliers and procurement performance.
