Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest queries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a warm and qualified attitude.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.




Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation.
Process payments, invoices, and other front-desk transactions.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk area.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification; hospitality training is an advantage.
Previous experience in front office, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
Basic computer and reservation-system knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good English communication skills; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
