Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Breach Candy, South Mumbai for an E-Commerce Data Operator. The E-Commerce Data Operator will be responsible for managing and maintaining e-commerce data operations, performing data entry and analysis, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include organizing and managing product listings, monitoring data trends and report generation, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth online sales operations. The candidate will also have prospects to contribute to process improvements within the e-commerce function.

Excellent Analytical Skills for trend identification and report generation
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Understanding of Sales processes and e-commerce operations
Proficiency in basic IT tools and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail




Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred

Roles and Responsibilities
Upload and update product details, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock data is accurate and up-to-date.
Process and track online orders, coordinating with logistics teams when necessary.
Generate basic reports to analyze platform performance and sales trends.
Assist in responding to customer queries and resolving product or order-related issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data management.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their backend systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Perform any other tasks as may be required to support business operations.
