Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all manufacturing activities to ensure the timely production of high-quality transformers. The role focuses on achieving production targets, optimizing resources, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and production targets.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Stores, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely availability of materials.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures while minimizing rework and production losses.
Monitor productivity, machine utilization, manpower allocation, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead and develop the production team through training, performance monitoring, and effective supervision.
Prepare production reports, analyze key performance metrics,



and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in transformer manufacturing or a similar electrical equipment manufacturing industry, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
