Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy




Own end-to-end recruitment Team
Build quarterly & annual hiring roadmaps
Lead and mentor the TA team; track KPIs and performance
Manage vendors, job portals, and hiring partners

Employer Branding & Visibility
Build solid presence across LinkedIn, job portals & offline channels
Create campaigns that make candidates choose us over others

Campus Drives & Event Hosting
Lead campus hiring strategy & university partnerships
Host pre-placement talks, hiring drives, and open houses
Deliver high-impact presentations and engage large audiences
Ensure seamless execution of all hiring events

Performance Management
Drive performance review cycles (quarterly / half-yearly / annual)
Work with leadership on KPIs and talent calibration
Build a culture of continuous feedback & growth
Present insights and workforce data to leadership

Internal Communication & Leadership Visibility
