The Role

We're hiring a
Director of Growth
to own and scale meaningful areas of Mellow's growth engine.

This is
not a traditional marketing management position
.

We want a hands-on growth operator who understands how acquisition, creative, CRO, merchandising, offers, retention, and unit economics work together to drive profitable growth.

You'll work closely with Mellow's leadership and growth teams, move quickly,



test aggressively, analyze performance deeply, and be expected to identify prospects before someone asks you to.

what you've actually built and scaled
than your current title.

What You'll Own
Drive profitable growth across major acquisition channels
Develop and execute growth strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels
Work closely with creative teams to continuously improve advertising performance
Identify opportunities across landing pages, funnels, offers, merchandising and CRO
Analyze performance across CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV and contribution margin
Build testing roadmaps and turn insights into action quickly
Find current channels, strategies and opportunities for incremental growth
Help build the systems, processes and team required to operate at significantly greater scale
Work cross-functionally with creative, product, finance, ret
