Position: Admission Counsellor

Compensation : Rs15000- 30000/-

Role Summary

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, managing admission enquiries, following up on leads, and converting suitable candidates into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding programmes, eligibility, fees, career opportunities and the admission process.
Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails and digital leads.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records in CRM.
Convert enquiries into applications and confirmed admissions.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, interviews and fee payment.
Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions and admission events.
Work closely with Marketing and Outreach teams for effective lead conversion.




Maintain daily/weekly reports and achieve assigned admission targets.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales or student recruitment preferred.
Experience in colleges, universities, business schools, EdTech or coaching institutes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
