About the Role

Mahendra Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material receipts, and issuance. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and maintain incoming materials as per purchase documents.
Maintain accurate records of stock, material receipts, and material issues.
Issue raw materials, components, tools, and other items to concerned departments as per authorized requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
Prepare and maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue slips,



and other store-related documents.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements.
Ensure proper housekeeping and protected storage of materials in the store.
Follow company procedures for inventory control, documentation, and material handling.
Assist in periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper / Store Executive / Inventory Assistant.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to identify and track materials accurately.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
