Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through the acquisition of current logos, with a primary focus on BFS
Network and build deep, value-based relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at prospect organizations.
Proactively prospect to identify and qualify new business opportunities and expand client base.
Facilitate strategic discovery sessions with prospects to understand business needs and position client solutions accordingly.
Own the full sales cycle — qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation — through to close.
Build and continuously maintain a robust pipeline of future business, tracking and reporting weekly pipeline forecasts against revenue targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with solutioning, operations,



and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and competitively positioned.
Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information, client data, and records.
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of experience in IT current logo sales, with a demonstrated track record of winning high-dollar accounts in mid-size and large organizations.
Proven success prospecting, building pipeline, and moving opportunities through a full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed contract.
Strategic sales acumen, including the ability to structure and negotiate long-term, complex agreements.
Ability to think strategically and translate client business challenges into compelling IT solutions.
Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level presentation skills.
