Job Summary

Bark.com is hiring Customer Experience Advisors for its APAC Marketplace team in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting professionals and customers across international markets, handling inbound customer interactions, responding to emails, and identifying sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, international customer handling experience, and exposure to outbound sales or consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and customer queries from international customers and professionals.
Respond to customer emails and manage support tickets through Zendesk.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing users.
Pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions and relevant services.
Identify upselling and revenue-generation prospects.




Resolve customer concerns within defined TAT.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Consistently achieve Customer Experience and Sales KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ticketing systems.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Minimum 1 year of international customer handling experience through voice, email or chat.
Prior outbound sales or inside sales experience.
Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
Consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
Experience with CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk.
Good computer proficiency and multitasking ability.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
