Experience on any known ICCC platform with Incident Management Systems, unified communication, etc.
Incident management workflow, SOP creation, unified communication, and
messaging design
Experience in Data Visualization, MS Office, Databases, social media and
Communication platforms.
Experience in deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all the assets implemented under this solution.
Understanding and Knowledge of Architecture and design across all systems in this solution.

Pay: ₹26,541.16 - ₹107,041.48 per month
