To manage Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management and Costing activities while ensuring optimum cost, timely material availability and effective commercial control.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, spares, consumables and services.
Develop vendors, float RFQs, evaluate quotations and conduct commercial negotiations.
Ensure timely procurement and supply of critical materials as per operational requirements.
Monitor inventory, lead time, pending POs and delivery schedules.
Prepare costing, rate analysis, comparative statements and cost estimates.
Drive cost reduction, procurement savings and value engineering initiatives.
Manage vendor performance, contracts, commercial terms and disputes.
Coordinate with Operations, Stores,



Finance and other functions for smooth supply chain.
Prepare procurement, costing, savings and supply chain MIS.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, SOPs and internal controls.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / MBA / Engineering preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain or Costing, preferably in Engineering / Manufacturing / O&M; industry.
