About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources team with recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support HR documentation and maintain employee files.
Help with attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams.




Support the HR team with other administrative and operational activities.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Management
, or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
