Role Overview:

VMax e-Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager cum Key Account Manager with a proven track record in driving business development within the Government / PSU / Smart City / e-Governance domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing key government accounts, handling tender / RFP processes, building robust relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue current business opportunities in the Government, PSU, and Smart City sectors.
Map upcoming tenders, empanelments, and projects in e-Governance, Urban Development,



and allied sectors.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
Key Account Management
Serve as the single point of contact for strategic government clients and departments.
Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement officials.
Ensure client satisfaction, timely communication, and post-project relationship management.
Drive repeat business and renewal of AMCs / support contracts.
Tendering, Proposals & Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end tender and bid management: identifying tenders, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical/pre-sales teams, and ensuring timely submission.
Liaise with technical, finance, and legal teams to prepare competitive proposals and compliance documentation.
Represent the company during pre-bid meetings,
