Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our HR department in managing day-to-day human resources activities. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, performance management, and implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR Manager in managing daily HR operations.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and working hours.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Handle employee queries and provide appropriate HR support.
Assist in maintaining a positive and professional workplace workplace.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance is preferred.
