Job Description – QA/QC Executive

Company: Ambrosia Natural Products India Private Limited
Location: Baghpat, Kandera, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSMS, QMS, SOPs and food safety standards.
Monitor quality at raw material, production, packing, cold storage and dispatch stages.
Conduct and verify Moisture, Brix, Weight, Foreign Matter, Metal Detection, Packaging & Organoleptic tests.
Monitor CCPs, OPRPs, hygiene, sanitation and pest control.
Maintain all QA/QC, laboratory, temperature, calibration and traceability records.
Handle quality deviations, customer complaints, RCA and CAPA.
Support and coordinate internal, customer, regulatory and certification audits.
Ensure correct labelling, batch coding, FIFO/FEFO and product traceability.




Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch for quality issues.
Conduct GMP, GHP, HACCP and food safety training for employees.
Support R&D;/NPD trials and continuous quality improvement.

Candidate Profile
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or related field.
2–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in food processing/frozen food.
Valuable knowledge of food safety, quality systems, documentation and audits.
Robust communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
