Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain our solar products, services, and available offers.
Follow up with existing and new leads.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Regularly update call and follow-up status.
Requirements
Hardworking candidates preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates should be willing to work as a full time employee.
