Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and talented Quantitative Aptitude Trainers to train students preparing for government and competitive examinations.

Responsibilities
Conduct Quantitative Aptitude classes for competitive exam aspirants.
Teach concepts, shortcuts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques.
Prepare students for government and other competitive examinations.
Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments.
Clarify students’ doubts and provide individual guidance.
Help students improve their speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Freshers who have cleared the prelims of any government examination are also eligible to apply.
Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and basic mathematics.
Valuable communication and teaching skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance.
