Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Lead and supervise shop-floor operations across the respective division.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.
Monitor production processes and identify bottlenecks, delays, and areas for improvement.
Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, visual management, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, work instructions, process parameters, and quality standards.
Work closely with the Quality team to maintain process quality and minimize rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
Analyze production-related issues and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor key production KPIs such as productivity, rejection, rework, downtime, OEE,



and material utilization.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Develop and maintain a disciplined and productive shop-floor workplace.
Train, guide, and develop supervisors, operators, and other production personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and statutory procedures.
Prepare and review daily/monthly production reports and performance metrics.
Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
