Job Description Gold Loan Positions

Location: Karnataka – Multiple Branches

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day branch operations and customer service.
Generate recent Gold Loan business and achieve assigned targets.
Acquire recent customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, schemes, and repayment options to customers.
Ensure proper KYC, documentation, gold appraisal, loan processing, and disbursement as per company policy.
Follow up on renewals, repayments, overdue accounts, and customer requirements.
Support cross-selling of other financial products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements,



and operational procedures.
Maintain branch records and ensure smooth branch functioning.
Handle customer queries and resolve grievances professionally.

Preferred Profile:
Any Graduate.
Experience in Gold Loan will be preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a branch workplace.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered for suitable positions.
