Create an inclusive, engaging setting with a strong engineering culture.
Drive performance and talent development through clear feedback, coaching, and formal reviews.
Oversee local/global hiring and onboarding to build teams with balanced technical competencies and seniority.
Address underperformance swiftly and constructively.

Engineering Excellence




Champion high-quality software delivery through modern engineering practices (CI/CD, test automation, observability, quality gates).
Provide localised technical leadership ensuring guild guidelines are effectively implemented.
Act as the technical leader guiding your team’s output and direction.

Lead teams to achieve production-readiness and robust release management practices.

Process & Delivery
Ensure teams have the optimal processes, workflows, and tooling for success.
Deliver commitments on time, enabling rapid feedback loops with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery capabilities, operating models, and tooling.
Promote visibility and transparency through effective project tracking and communication.

Product & Value Focus
Collaborate with Product Managers and Domain Architects to translate business requirements into technical outcomes.
