Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Local candidates will be preferred for better market understanding
Candidates should be able to join immediately
Flexible to work beyond duty hours when required

Key Responsibilities:
Approach customers with a consultative and need-based sales approach
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their requirements
Achieve branch sales targets through effective customer engagement
Candidates may be required to source customers from the open market if branch targets are not achieved
